Reflow: a site built to carry a $15M seed announcement, on the deadline that came with it
Reflow is workforce and workflow intelligence for enterprise operations: a complete system of record for how work actually happens across people, tasks, and customers, so teams can measure it and improve it.
The brief was tight and the timing was not negotiable. Reflow needed the site ready for their funding round, which meant the page had to do the work of a pitch. It had to name the problem, prove the product, and hold up in front of investors as well as operators.
So we started with the argument rather than the layout. The positioning the site is built on is a single tension: work has changed, operations has not. Operations teams are held to higher standards than ever and are still flying blind, and without visibility into how work moves, where it slows and where it breaks, investment becomes guesswork and ROI becomes impossible to measure. Everything on the page exists to close that gap.
Strategic positioning and message architecture settled before any design work
A homepage built as an argument, moving from problem to system of record to measurable outcome
Animated metric counters showing utilization, average handle time, and cost per unit shifting in real time
A typed AI response sequence in the hero, so the product answers a real operations question instead of describing itself
Scroll-driven section reveals used to pace the story rather than decorate it
Product interface mockups built specifically for each step of the narrative
Customer proof positioned as evidence rather than decoration, including 1.2M USD saved in two months at Collective
Investor-facing sections built into the same page structure
Responsive implementation across breakpoints
Delivered on a compressed timeline set by the funding round
Fundraising sites are usually the ones that get rushed, and it usually shows. The whole point here was to move at that speed without letting the story get thin.
