Primefold: nine homepage versions to earn a five-word promise

Primefold is a Berlin AI company running one engine across several industries. Surveys, portfolios and company data go in, decisions come out.

The problem

Everyone in this category hands you data or dashboards. That is the entire market, from cheap survey tools to six-figure enterprise suites. Primefold hands you the decision instead, and no amount of visual craft would have communicated that if the claim itself was not settled first.

What we did

  • Ran a full positioning exercise before designing a single screen: competitive scan across the whole category, then category work, message architecture and language rules

  • Built the homepage as an argument rather than a feature list, through nine versions, with client and studio pushing on each round

  • Prototyped fast with Claude and Framer AI at many steps, so weak ideas were killed early rather than defended late

  • Gave each product world its own colour, its own language and its own interface mockups, both running on the same engine

  • Built scroll-triggered reveals that pace the story instead of competing for attention

  • Designed the interaction so the page behaves like the product: calm until you ask, precise when it answers

The outcome

  • The site opens with one promise, five words long, and the rest of the scroll exists to prove it

  • Real outcomes carry the proof: one customer reads a 300-page commercial lease in 1 hour instead of 2 to 3 days, another went from zero to 150 customers off one clear market picture

  • Two products, two worlds, one story, shipped fast

Vlatko Draganovic, Head of GTM at Primefold: we came to Deserve Studio with a homepage brief, a rough structure and a lot of opinions. They took all of it seriously and came back with something sharper than what we asked for. Each round, they engaged with the thinking behind our feedback instead of just executing it. We ended up with a site that matches how we want Primefold to be understood, and something our GTM team can build campaigns on.

We came to Deserve Studio with a homepage brief, a rough structure and a lot of opinions. They took all of it seriously and came back with something sharper than what we asked for.

What stood out for me was how open Deserve Studio and Enes were to our iterations and suggestions. We went through several rounds together, and each time they engaged with the thinking behind our feedback instead of just executing it. That is what got us to the result we actually wanted, and it made the collaboration an easy and enjoyable one.

We ended up with a site that matches how we want Primefold to be understood, and something our GTM team can build campaigns on.

Happy to recommend them.
